OUR CORE VALUES:
PRESENCE
Presence is where we live out our primary call to love God and to dwell with Him forever. The presence of God is to be in relational nearness with the person of Jesus.

FAMILY
Family is the context in which God will bring true revival to the earth. It is in this place that we love and equip one another to be transformed into His likeness.

MISSION
Mission is what we do from our city to the nations to further the name of Jesus and His Kingdom through the power of the Holy Spirit. Our mission is His mission.

CREATIVITY
Creativity is the natural overflow of being an image bearer of God and it finds its highest expression when it is rooted in the beauty of Jesus. The church should be the most creative place on earth and should be leading and impacting culture.

Breakthrough was started by Andrew Lennon back in 2016 as a house church. It was birthed with a desire to see people empowered by the Holy Spirit and walking in freedom. From there it organically grew as they focused on building biblical community. In 2018 Pastor Andrew and Sarah Beth were called by the Lord to intentionally plant Breakthrough as a local church. In 2021 Breakthrough relaunched as they moved into a new space with fresh vision. In 2024 Breakthrough purchased its first building and has planted roots in Lynchburg. They've seen God move and grow the church in powerful ways. Pastor Andrew and Sarah Beth have a hunger and desire for the presence of God and to see the Good News of the Kingdom furthered from their city to the nations.
